Ultra-soft flame-resistant silicone-rubber wire is described specifically for UAV enquiries. The round, stranded tinned-copper single core has a stated 600V rating and -60°C to 200°C working range. Its selected gauge and finished insulation dimensions should identify a particular component for the UAV connection.
Describe the actual UAV circuit and wire route
Give the circuit load, connection points and surrounding operating conditions for the proposed conductor. Include the space and route available within the assembly. Temperature and oil resistance are described alongside the flame function, and those conditions should accompany the selected finished-wire specification.
Which 12, 16, 18 or 20 AWG construction is required?
Request the conductor and insulation dimensions corresponding to the required AWG. Silicone choices also include 17, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. Keep the strand construction and finished dimensions attached to one proposed ultra-soft wire in the quotation.
Put the flame requirement and supply lengths in the same enquiry
Identify any project-specific qualification or test evidence needed for the selected construction. State finished lengths and total quantity with the chosen gauge and circuit duty. OEM and ODM requests are accepted, with a minimum order of 100 metres for the wire.
If an evaluation sample is needed, specify the same tinned-copper conductor and silicone dimensions as the supply request. A defined AWG, strand construction and operating environment give the equipment team one component to assess for the UAV connection. Keep those details consistent across the material review, required documents and finished-length quotation. Specify the strand count required by that UAV connection.
