This lithium-battery wire combines a featured 12AWG/3.5mm² size with soft silicone insulation and red or black colour requests. Its individual-wire specification includes 600 V and a −60°C to 200°C working range.
Prepare a separate description for each lead in the battery connection. The final colour, length and endpoint drawing should identify exactly which wire construction is required.
Separate individual-wire size from the finished lead
The conductor is stranded tinned copper, with 0.08 mm specified for the individual wires. Record the conductor dimensions, strand count and finished silicone diameter independently when checking the terminal and insulation envelope. Custom pure copper or another requested material can be included in the enquiry.
