This DC5525 male-to-female extension features copper conductors, PVC construction and two cores for a telecommunication power connection. Black and white versions have actual one, 1.5, 1.8 and two meter choices, with featured 20 AWG and 12 V requirements to be selected.
Choose the route and barrel mates
Identify the telecom source and receiving device positions, then select the actual supplied reach. Keep the chosen black or white finish and two-core arrangement with that route rather than assuming every request uses the same length.
Specify each end's outer and inner barrel dimensions, with 5.5×2.5 mm, 5.5×2.1 mm and 3.5×1.35 mm requirements available for selection. Define the male and female mates, polarity and conductor pinout for the intended connection.
Resolve the conductor specification
Agree the actual 2464 wire construction within the 20–24 AWG requirement. The featured 20 AWG build needs its exact conductor and core specification for the supplied extension.
Resolve the separate 5×2.5 mm² size scope against that gauge and actual two-core arrangement. State the physical size and units applicable to the selected wire instead of treating different dimensional descriptions as one confirmed construction.
Assign electrical and operating conditions
Agree complete 12 V and 10 A requirements for the selected assembly, including both connector interfaces and actual equipment load. Keep those requirements attached to the supplied wire, end configuration and chosen reach.
Obtain applicable ingress and temperature support for the assembly's operating setting. Clarify the required temperature definition and units, then finalize the selected telecom extension with its resolved conductor size and complete connection scope.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
