This 12V SAE battery-terminal harness family combines bare-copper conductors, PVC insulation and a PVC jacket with a 2468/20AWG wire reference. The two-core selection has a 1m (3.28ft) length for named car-battery and industrial connections. Its fused assembly and heavy-duty/booster references should be matched to the complete terminal arrangement and intended equipment duty.
Resolve the terminal drawing before choosing the lead
The end references include spade, O-ring eyelet and open-wire terminals for assembly. Identify which ends the finished harness requires, showing the SAE mating arrangement and corresponding battery or equipment termination. Include ring or spade dimensions where applicable and define preparation for any open-wire end. Confirm polarity on the same connection drawing.
Keep the wire construction and dimensions explicit
Retain the bare-copper conductor, PVC insulation/jacket and 2468/20AWG reference together when defining the chosen cable. The od5.0 notation needs its unit and dimensional role confirmed on the full construction drawing. Use that clarified dimension with the selected end preparation and physical path when completing the assembly details.
Specify the fuse alongside the intended booster duty
The family includes a fuse reference for assembly. Choose its exact type and value with the required lead current, equipment connection and duty. For a booster or starting request, define the actual operating conditions rather than selecting by the heavy-duty name alone. Keep those requirements beside the approved wire and terminal arrangement.
Finish the physical configuration
Use the 1m selection or agree a separate custom length, specifying the required black/red or custom colour arrangement and quantity. Carry the chosen fuse, electrical duty and dimensioned terminal details into that physical schedule.
