3530 silicone wire is described with a stranded tinned-copper single core and a stated 600V rating for equipment and internal wiring. A round or custom construction gives the enquiry a material starting point, while the required rated-temperature version and finished dimensions define the component to be quoted.
Choose the 150°C or 200°C rated version
Rated-temperature choices are stated as 150°C or 200°C. Identify the required version and the actual working-temperature range for the selected wire. The thermal requirement should describe the intended continuous duty and operating environment rather than treat both rated values as one construction.
Specify the 3530 conductor with its finished AWG
For 18, 20, 22, 24 or 26 AWG requests, give the conductor and finished insulation dimensions together. Gauge choices also include 16, 17 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. Temperature and oil resistance are stated functions, so include the circuit load and wire route in the construction enquiry.
Keep the rated version with the custom order
OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted, and the stated minimum quantity is 100 metres. Give finished length and total quantity with the 3530 identity, required rated temperature, AWG and insulation dimensions. The quotation should identify the exact material and supply configuration being proposed for the equipment.
Include any project-specific qualification documents with the same selected-wire specification. A defined thermal version, conductor construction and supply length give the equipment team a concrete component to evaluate before the wire and order are agreed. Request the construction sheet identifying that same rated-temperature version.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
