Super-flexible silicone cable is described for heating-equipment enquiries and for industrial, electronic and electrical-appliance wiring. The round, stranded single-core construction has a stated 600V rating. Tinned copper is specified, with pure copper open to request for the proposed conductor.

Choose the conductor material with the finished AWG

For 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18, 22, 24, 26 or 28 AWG requests, identify the required copper construction and insulation dimensions together. Give the strand construction and finished wire diameter as part of that specification. The material and gauge should identify one proposed equipment conductor.

What thermal duty must the heating-equipment connection meet?

Temperature and oil resistance are described for the silicone wire. Specify the actual working-temperature range, surrounding conditions and circuit load for the connection. Include the available route and installation space so the proposed conductor can be evaluated against the equipment duty.

Arrange the sample and applicable test documentation

Free samples are offered, with a stated minimum order of 100 metres. Where VW-1 or FT-1 evidence is needed, request documentation for the selected conductor and silicone construction. Give finished lengths and total quantity with the sample specification and any project-specific qualification requirement.

A 1m length choice is provided, and silicone gauge choices also include 16, 17, 20 and 30 AWG. A complete enquiry keeps copper material, AWG, strand construction and thermal duty together. The equipment team can then assess a specific super-flexible wire and sample against the intended connection before agreeing the required finished supply. The sample should use the same requested copper construction.
