High-temperature silicone wire is presented for -60°C to 200°C enquiries in requested 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 or 22AWG constructions. The described component is round, stranded and single-core with tinned copper at 600V. For this 14–22AWG enquiry, actual working temperature, conductor dimensions and individual strand construction are custom.
Select the individual gauge and finished component required by the electrical equipment. Keep the actual operating range and circuit conditions with that specification so the enquiry concerns one proposed wire construction.
Define the complete working duty for the selected gauge
State the full operating-temperature requirement, actual circuit load, continuous duty and surroundings. Temperature resistance and oil resistance are described for the requested silicone lead. Give the route and any project-specific material or electrical requirements when assessing the chosen conductor and insulation for the actual equipment connection.
Which finished round wire should the drawing identify?
Provide the selected AWG size with actual conductor dimensions and custom strand construction. Include finished silicone diameter, lead lengths, connection space and connector fit. Those inputs should identify the particular proposed component reviewed against the actual operating requirements of the assembly.
Obtain a matched construction specification and quotation
A 1m offering is provided with 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30AWG choices. Give the requested gauge and finished drawing when seeking a matched component specification. Keep the selected actual range, load and continuous duty attached to that same proposed lead.
OEM/ODM enquiries are accepted with a 100-metre minimum order. State total quantity and finished lengths using the chosen gauge and custom conductor specification. Obtain supply details for the silicone dimensions and actual equipment connection conditions reviewed for the component.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
