Red and black silicone wire is described for a flexible single-core equipment connection with a stranded tinned-copper conductor. The round wire is intended for electrical equipment, internal wiring and electronic appliances, with the finished gauge and colour defining the component to be quoted.

Give red or black wire a precise conductor specification

For 6AWG, 8AWG, 10AWG, 12AWG, 14AWG, 16AWG or 18AWG enquiries, specify the required colour and finished wire dimensions together. Gauge choices also include 17, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG. Ask for the matching silicone conductor and insulation construction so the selected gauge identifies a particular wire for the assembly.

Consider the 600V silicone envelope in the equipment

The stated working range is -60°C to 200°C, with a 600V rating and temperature and oil resistance. Include circuit load, surrounding temperature and wire-routing conditions with the enquiry.
