Anti-oxidation soft silicone wire is described for inner wiring, equipment and electronic appliances. Its stranded tinned-copper single core can have a round or custom shape, with a stated 600V rating. The proposed finish, gauge and finished insulation dimensions should define one component for the assembly.
Define the inner-wiring profile and conductor together
For 10, 12, 18, 22 or 26 AWG requests, give strand construction, conductor dimensions and the required silicone profile. Include the connection space and wire route available within the equipment. A matching construction quotation should identify the soft anti-oxidation wire being considered for that installation.
Select the actual working duty for the silicone component
A -60°C to 200°C working range is described, with other thermal requirements open to enquiry. Give the circuit load, operating environment and continuous duty needed by the selected connection. Those requirements should remain attached to the conductor and insulation specification used for material evaluation.
What should the free sample and bulk request identify?
Free samples are offered, and OEM and ODM enquiries have a stated 100-metre minimum order. Specify the sample's AWG, shape and finished dimensions with the required supply lengths and total quantity. Silicone choices also include 16, 17, 20, 24 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option.
Include any project-specific documents required for the proposed construction in the same enquiry. A sample is useful when it represents the conductor and silicone profile selected for the equipment. Keep the strand construction, thermal duty and finished lengths consistent across the evaluation and quotation for the intended inner-wiring connection.
