Flat TPS twin-and-earth PVC cable is presented for power, lighting, housing and surface-wiring enquiries. Requested conductor areas include 1.5, 2.5 and 4mm², with 2- or 3-core construction requirements. The conductor material is specified as 99.99% copper.
The TPS rating is 450/750V with a 75°C normal operating temperature. Select the actual core arrangement and solid or stranded conductor version before agreeing the finished cable dimensions.
Choose the outer colour and conductor arrangement together
White, black, red and purple jacket choices are offered with solid or stranded construction. Identify the colour needed for the proposed cable and the complete insulated-conductor and earth schedule. The described core colours include red, black and green/yellow; put the required internal and external colours on the same drawing as the conductor areas.
How should the earth and flat-cable dimensions be specified?
Give the individual conductor and earth cross-sections with units, the chosen solid or stranded arrangement and finished insulation dimensions. Add the overall flat-cable dimensions and connection lengths required by the building circuit. Where two insulated conductors and an earth are needed, include each separate cross-section in the request. Keep the selected area, core count and jacket choice together when reviewing a proposed TPS version.
Relate the AS/NZS requirements to the actual circuit
Provide the circuit load, full operating-temperature range, route and installation exposure for the intended power or lighting connection. Request the applicable AS/NZS5000.2:2006, SAA or ISO9001 scope for that selected construction. A 1m offering is available; submit the required lengths and total quantity with the complete conductor/earth and colour schedule so the quotation follows the actual housing-wire requirement.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
