An OEM PC power-unit lead should be defined by the actual receiving inlet, cable route and selected wire construction. This AU three-pin-to-right-angle-C13 request has H05VV-F/PVC construction, black or white choices and a three-core assembly requirement.
Define the PC power-unit connection
Compare the angled C13 end with the actual PSU or receiving-equipment inlet. Specify the cable-exit direction needed at that position.
Check the AU supply form against the source used by the installation. Keep the PSU inlet, source connection and angled-end space in the OEM mating detail.
Select the cable build for the assembly
Three-core area requests span 0.75mm², 1.0mm² and 1.5mm². Agree the actual conductor composition with the selected area and H05VV-F/PVC requirement.
Specify the complete electrical rating for that ordered wire and connector build. The operating voltage and permissible current should follow the actual assembly rather than be assumed from the PC category.
Set the OEM route and finish
Reach requests include 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m and 1.8m, with custom length available. Identify the actual path between the supply and receiving unit, including connector positions.
Choose black or white with the selected wire area and required length. These details distinguish the requested version when several PC equipment positions need different cable arrangements.
An OEM brief should identify both mates, the PSU connection, cable exit, conductor build, finish and route. It gives the requested AU/C13 assembly a specific physical and electrical definition for the receiving equipment installation.
