FeaturesUV/ Oil /Chemical/ Flame Resistance
This orange circular cable uses stranded, plain-annealed 99.99% copper conductors, XLPE insulation and a PVC sheath. It is rated 0.6/1kV for indoor or outdoor surface wiring, power lighting and house wiring. The available configurations combine two, three or four cores with earth, covering conductor-section choices from 1.5 to 120mm2.
Choose cores and earth together
Select the required conductor section and two-, three- or four-core plus earth arrangement from the actual options. Define every conductor's electrical duty and equipment connection. Specify the earth-conductor section separately so its requirement follows the circuit design rather than an assumed relationship with the other conductors.
Keep the XLPE and PVC construction clear
Retain XLPE insulation and PVC sheath as separate material requirements with the stranded copper construction. Use the complete layer drawing to assess alternatives and compatible terminations. Obtain installation information applicable to the selected round cable and consider the route, equipment access and available end-preparation space.
Clarify 630mm and temperature scope
Confirm what the separate 630mm notation denotes before using it as a project dimension. Agree a consistent working-temperature declaration for the chosen construction. Keep UV, oil, chemical and flame resistance as the stated features, while identifying any exact exposure or measured criterion required by the installation.
Complete documentation and physical length
Review AS/NZS 5000.1 and conductor AS/NZS 1125 documentation for the selected build and required project scope. A 1M(3.28ft) length option is available; give physical cable cut length independently of conductor section. Include the approved core-and-earth allocation, full material reference and agreed cable ends with the final order quantities.
