AWM2464 flexible control/electrical cable enquiries include 18, 22, 24, 26 or 28AWG gauges with two-, four-, six-, eight- or ten-core requirements. The described round stranded tinned-copper PVC-insulated shielded version uses aluminium foil and tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V and −20 to 80°C.
Specify the tinned conductors within the selected even-core layout
Give the exact designation, AWG/core schedule and strand dimensions needed for the connection. Identify the selected shielded or unshielded version with finished insulation/sheath layers. Include shielding termination, equipment terminals and required cable lengths in that conductor drawing.
What equipment conditions govern this control-cable connection?
Describe the actual industrial, electronic, appliance, motor-winding, communication-audio, broadcast or automotive circuit/interface and its load. Provide full thermal requirements with route and exposure. Medical-equipment requests should identify the specific equipment conditions of the intended cable connection.
Request relevant chosen-style, CCC, CE, RoHS or ISO9001 scope with the selected tinned-conductor construction. Keep the AWG/core and shield-termination drawing associated with the actual equipment requirements. Review completed layers and terminal fit against that same operating brief when defining the intended cable version.
Quote the reviewed tinned-conductor layout with its required lengths
For OEM/ODM enquiries, send the chosen gauge/core drawing and required cut lengths. State total metres for the 100-metre minimum order and any 1m offering needed. Retain the actual equipment interface, selected shielding arrangement and full thermal requirement with those quantities in the supply brief.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
