AWM3135 and AWM3512 identify the wire-style enquiry for this flexible silicone electrical cable. A round or custom single-core construction uses stranded tinned copper with silicone insulation for unmanned aerial vehicles, equipment wiring and electronic appliances.

Choose the AWM style before defining the gauge

Give the enquiry the required AWM3135 or AWM3512 identity with its conductor size and finished dimensions. Silicone gauge choices include 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 AWG. For 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 14 AWG requirements, request the matched construction within the stated custom size scope rather than treating every style and gauge as identical.

State the thermal duty with the 600V requirement

A 600V rating and temperature and oil resistance are described for the wire. Specify the working-temperature range needed by the intended assembly, along with the circuit load and operating environment. The quotation should identify the thermal duty applicable to the selected conductor and insulation construction.

Specify a custom wire order with a defined length

OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted, and a 1m length option is provided. The stated minimum order is 100 metres. Give the finished length and total quantity with the selected wire style, AWG and insulation dimensions so the supply requirement is clear.
