AWM3135 flexible silicone wire is described for equipment, internal wiring and electronic appliances with a round, stranded single-core construction. The material enquiry should identify the copper finish and finished dimensions as well as the AWG, giving the proposed wire a specific identity for review.

Choose copper finish for the AWM3135 conductor

Oxygen-free copper, tinned copper and pure copper are named conductor choices, while a tinned-copper core is also specified. Identify the required finish and strand construction in the enquiry. That request should correspond to the conductor and insulation dimensions needed by the intended assembly.

Pair the silicone thermal range with the circuit requirement

The wire is described at 600V with a -60°C to 200°C working range and temperature and oil resistance. Include operating temperature, circuit load and wire-routing conditions for the selected construction. Where VW-1 or FT-1 documentation is required, request the evidence applicable to that exact wire.

Define gauge, finished length and total quantity

For 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 or 26 AWG enquiries, give the wire style with the finished conductor and insulation dimensions. Gauge choices also include 17 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted at a stated minimum quantity of 100 metres.

Include any required documents and assembly conditions so the proposed silicone wire can be considered against the material specification before the order is agreed.
