AWM3530 silicone wire is described for home appliances, lighting, heaters, motors, robots and equipment wiring. Its round, stranded single core has a stated 600V rating. The selected copper finish, strand construction and actual thermal duty define the proposed conductor for the connection.
Choose the copper finish with the 0.08mm strand construction
Oxygen-free, tinned and pure copper are named choices, and a tinned-copper core is also specified. A single-wire size of 0.08mm is stated. Give the required finish, strand count, AWG and insulation dimensions together so the material request identifies one finished AWM3530 conductor.
Define continuous duty around the 200°C working value
The working-temperature value is 200°C, with temperature and oil resistance described for the wire. Specify the complete operating range and continuous duty needed by the appliance or equipment. Include circuit load, surrounding conditions and the route available for the proposed silicone conductor.
Match the requested AWG to the selected AWM3530 wire
For requested sizes in the 1–30 AWG scope, obtain a matched conductor and finished insulation specification. Silicone choices include 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. Keep the selected style, copper finish and dimensions consistent in the construction sheet.
Request FT-2 or VW-2 evidence with the supply lengths
If those test designations are required, request documents applicable to the chosen construction. State finished lengths and total quantity for the AWM3530 enquiry; OEM and ODM requests are accepted with a 100-metre minimum order. Include any sample construction needed for evaluation of that same wire.
