    Multi-Core Power Cable

For industrial power supply, this BBTRZ cable combines two copper cores, mineral insulation and an LSOH sheath. The construction is flexible and fire resistant, rated 0.6/1kV. The two-core arrangement can be compared with the individual conductor requirements of the industrial circuit schedule.

Review the industrial route before completing cable ends

Check permitted bending and handling details for the chosen flexible construction. Coordinate the intended route with connection space, cable-end preparation and compatible terminations. Include the actual construction drawing so the installation review remains tied to the selected cable build.

Allocate both conductor duties

Assign the function and required section of each conductor from the electrical design. Two cores do not by themselves establish either conductor's duty. Keep the individual allocation with the equipment connections and cable schedule so the termination design uses the same electrical reference.

Preserve the LSOH material requirement

Copper identifies the conductors, mineral identifies the insulation and LSOH identifies the sheath. Retain these separate roles when comparing alternative industrial power cables. Where the project names exact smoke, halogen or fire-test criteria, check the required conditions for the selected construction and its supporting documentation.

Make the supply order specific

The current technical option pairs 50mm2 with two cores. Confirm the individual conductor sections and physical cable length separately, then add the approved allocation and cable-end details to the order description. State any numbered IEC or exact fire-performance requirement in the industrial specification. Keep the approved drawing with the final schedule so the cable configuration and physical quantities can be reviewed against the circuit and installation requirements.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
