TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
The 3+1 BBTRZ cable is specified for emergency power supply with copper conductors and mineral insulation. Its construction is flexible and fire resistant, rated 0.6/1kV. Complete the emergency configuration with the individual conductor requirements and final sheath and connection details selected for the installation.
The emergency conductor schedule
Specify the section, electrical function and equipment connection required for every conductor. Establish neutral or protective duties and any section relationship through the circuit design. Retain the allocation beside the 3+1 arrangement so the cable-end reviewer can assess one definite electrical configuration. The completed drawing should identify the individual requirements used to select terminations for the emergency order.
Material choice and flexible routing
Keep copper conductor material and mineral insulation explicit in the construction specification. Agree the sheath for the selected build and use the complete layer drawing to compare alternatives and review preparation. Obtain applicable bending and handling details for the flexible cable. Consider the intended route, equipment access and available space at both connections with compatible terminations for that actual construction.
Precise criteria and physical quantities
If an IEC method or particular fire qualification is required, state its exact acceptance conditions and review selected-build evidence for the intended installation. Ordinary fire resistance remains a stated product characteristic while the project defines any classified requirement. Confirm individual conductor sections for the 3+1 selection and provide physical cable cut length separately. Retain the approved allocation, final sheath and cable-end requirements with the construction reference and emergency criterion in the final schedule so the configuration and order quantities can be checked together.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
