The 3+2 BTLY cable is specified for emergency power and has a flexible, fire-resistant mineral-insulated construction. Its conductors and sheath are copper, and the voltage rating is 0.6/1kV. Keep the full material build with the individual conductor requirements when selecting the emergency cable configuration.

Describe the emergency conductor allocation

Identify the section, electrical function and equipment connection required for every conductor. Establish any neutral or protective duty and any relationship between sections through the circuit design. Retain that allocation with the 3+2 arrangement in the cable schedule so the termination reviewer can assess one definite electrical configuration.

Retain copper in both material roles

Keep conductor copper and copper sheath separately identifiable alongside mineral insulation on the approved drawing. Assess cable alternatives against that complete layer description. Review preparation and compatible terminations for the actual copper-sheathed build selected for the order.

Coordinate flexible route and fire scope

Apply the bending and handling information relevant to the chosen cable construction. Review the intended route with equipment access and available connection space. If an IEC method or particular emergency fire criterion is required, identify its exact acceptance conditions and assess selected-build evidence for the intended installation.

Complete independent physical quantities

Confirm individual conductor sections for the 50mm2, 3+2 selection and give physical cable cut length separately. Include the copper-sheathed material description, approved allocation and agreed cable-end requirements in the final emergency schedule. Retain the circuit and construction references with any exact project criterion so the required configuration, installation conditions and physical quantities can be checked against one completed cable order.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
