TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
BTLY 4+1-core cable combines a flexible copper mineral-insulated construction with an aluminum sheath for power distribution. The rated voltage is 0.6/1kV, with fire resistance included in the stated build. The separate conductor and sheath materials belong in a precise distribution cable comparison.
Specify the two metal roles
Copper identifies the conductors and aluminum identifies the sheath. Mineral insulation is a separate construction layer. Retain all three material requirements on the approved drawing when comparing alternatives or reviewing the final cable build.
Allocate every conductor in the 4+1 arrangement
Define the function and required section of each conductor from the distribution circuit design. The notation alone does not assign neutral or protective-conductor duties or a reduced-core ratio. Keep the allocation with the equipment connections and cable schedule.
Coordinate sheath preparation with the route
Review compatible terminations and cable-end preparation for the actual aluminum-sheathed construction. Check permitted bending and handling details for the chosen flexible cable. Include the intended route and connection space so the cable configuration and installation plan can be reviewed together.
Identify the required fire-test scope
State any numbered IEC or exact fire-performance criterion required by the distribution project. Check the matching evidence for the selected build and the required installation conditions. Ordinary fire resistance remains a construction characteristic without an assumed universal survival duration.
Complete the physical cable order
The current technical option reads 50mm2 with 4+1 cores. Confirm individual conductor sections and physical cable length separately, then include the agreed allocation, material layers and cable-end requirements. Keep the approved construction drawing with the final order schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
