TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
The industrial BTLY cable has a flexible 4+1-core arrangement with copper conductors, mineral insulation and an aluminum sheath. It is rated 0.6/1kV and described as fire resistant. Match that specified material build with the individual conductor duties and connection requirements of the industrial project.
Keep the aluminum sheath identifiable
Describe conductor copper, mineral insulation and sheath aluminum separately on the approved construction drawing. Preserve those material requirements when comparing candidate cables. Use the actual layer description to assess sheath preparation and compatible terminations for the cable being ordered.
What must 4+1 explain in the circuit?
State the section, electrical function and equipment connection for each conductor. Any neutral or protective duty and section relationship should come from the industrial electrical design. Retain the allocation with the plus arrangement in the cable schedule used to review the terminations.
Coordinate the flexible installation
Review bending and handling instructions applicable to the selected cable build. Consider the route with access around equipment and the room needed to prepare both cable ends. Keep the approved material drawing alongside the proposed connections so the physical installation refers to the chosen aluminum-sheathed construction.
Identify an exact fire or IEC criterion
Where the industrial specification requires a particular method or classified performance, give its acceptance conditions precisely. Review matching construction evidence for that criterion and the intended installation. Ordinary fire resistance remains a product fact without an assumed universal approval.
Retain the final order reference
Confirm individual conductor sections for the 50mm2, 4+1 selection and state physical cable length separately. Include the aluminum-sheathed build, approved allocation and agreed end requirements with the final industrial schedule and its construction reference.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
