    Multi-Core Power Cable

Four cores and an aluminum sheath identify this flexible BTLY cable for fire-protection power systems. Copper conductors and mineral insulation accompany its fire-resistant construction and 0.6/1kV rated voltage. The actual four-core arrangement provides a specific starting point for the circuit allocation.

Assign the four conductor duties

Record each conductor's function and required section from the circuit design. Core count alone does not define those individual duties. Keep the allocation with the equipment connections and approved cable drawing so the termination review has a definite electrical reference.

Preserve the conductor and sheath distinction

Copper describes the conductors and aluminum describes the sheath. Mineral insulation is a separate requirement. Retain all three material roles when comparing alternatives and preparing the construction description for the fire-protection cable schedule.

Coordinate installation with the selected build

Check permitted bending and handling details for the chosen flexible cable. Review the route with sheath preparation, compatible terminations and available connection space. This keeps the installation arrangement tied to the actual aluminum-sheathed construction.

Use the fire criterion required by the project

State any numbered IEC or exact fire-performance criterion in the project specification. Check the supporting evidence for the selected build and required installation conditions. The ordinary fire-resistant description remains within the scope of that cable configuration.

Complete the physical cable order

The current technical option reads 50mm2 with four cores. Confirm individual conductor sections and physical cable length separately, then include the agreed allocation and cable-end details. Keep the approved construction drawing with the final order schedule for review against the intended fire-protection circuit.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
