The BTLY construction specified here has five cores, mineral insulation and a copper sheath for construction power applications. Copper is also the conductor material. The cable is flexible and fire resistant, rated 0.6/1kV; the electrical design completes the function and section required for every conductor.

Why retain the copper sheath in the cable-end specification?

The sheath material is a separate requirement from the conductor material even though both are copper. Carry the actual layer description into the drawing used to select end preparation and terminations. This keeps the construction comparison precise and avoids replacing an explicit copper sheath with a convention associated with another BTLY build.

Show the five construction connections individually

Identify every conductor's required section, duty and equipment connection from the project design. Five cores establish the arrangement, but do not determine those individual functions. Retain the allocation beside the proposed cable ends so the construction schedule and termination review describe one definite electrical configuration.

Review the flexible route and the project's performance scope

Use the bending and handling instructions applicable to the selected cable. Consider route access, connection space and sheath preparation together. Wherever an IEC method or exact fire-test qualification is required, identify its acceptance conditions and review the selected construction evidence for the intended installation.

Complete the five-core order from the project drawing

Confirm conductor sections for the 50mm2 selection and specify physical cable length independently. Retain copper conductors, mineral insulation, copper sheath and the agreed end details in the order description. Keep the approved allocation and required project criterion with the final schedule so the cable configuration and physical quantities can be checked against the construction installation.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
