BVR single-core tinned-copper PVC wire is presented for 10mm and 16mm size enquiries at 450/750V. Stranded copper construction, oxygen-free copper, flame retardancy and flexibility are described. The wire can be considered for housing and electronic or electrical-equipment internal connections with a defined component specification.
Describe the tinned conductor and finished 10mm or 16mm requirement
Give the conductor cross-section with explicit units and the strand arrangement required by the connection. Individual-wire dimensions and finished PVC insulation dimensions should accompany the selected tinned-conductor construction. Specify the required shape and overall dimensions so the requested size has one complete finished-wire definition.
Establish the working range for the actual connection
Working temperature can be specified for the selected BVR component. Provide its full operating range, circuit load, routing and exposure conditions with the component drawing. Include the terminals, finished lead lengths and connection dimensions needed by the intended house circuit or equipment-internal assembly.
Set out the project-specific wire specification and any evidence required to review that proposed construction. Keep the same conductor, insulation and dimensional brief with the actual operating conditions, so the review addresses the intended component rather than a general wire family.
Request the sample and supply against the same BVR drawing
Samples and OEM/ODM enquiries are available, together with a 1m offering and a 100-metre minimum order. State whether the enquiry concerns the 10mm or 16mm size request, then provide the selected size basis, finished shape, lengths and quantities. Retain the tinned-conductor and complete operating requirements with the supply request for that connection.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
