BVVB three-core flat copper cable is described for residential house wiring at 300V. PVC insulation and a PVC sheath are specified for the 4AWG wire enquiry. A 100m length version is offered for the selected construction.

Identify the function and dimensions of all three conductors

Set out the three conductor roles in the house-circuit drawing. Give the required conductor construction, individual dimensions, finished insulation and sheath dimensions, and overall flat-cable size. Include the intended terminals and finished connection lengths so the proposed cable has one complete component definition.

Keep the residential operating brief with the PVC construction

Provide actual circuit load, the complete working-temperature range, route and installation exposure. Retain the stated 300V rating with the selected conductor and PVC layers in the drawing. The cable should be reviewed for the actual residential connection, including conditions at the proposed terminations.

Define the applicable IEC specification and selected-cable evidence required by the project. Keep the relevant part and construction scope attached to the same three-conductor, insulation and sheath schedule being considered for the house installation.

Request supply using the agreed three-core schedule

State the required 100m supply arrangement, total quantity and finished circuit lengths with the quotation enquiry. Retain the conductor functions and complete layer dimensions when identifying the cable to be supplied. The selected component drawing and actual household operating requirements should remain together throughout the review and length-planning process.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
