UsageElectrical, instrumentation,automation equipment, building intercome
Choose the complete cable construction for an electrical, instrumentation, automation or building-intercom connection. This flexible PVC cord request includes two-, three- and four-core builds and the literal 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 10mm and 16mm size references.
A broader two- through eight-core range is described. Keep the required core arrangement, dimensional meaning and full construction code together when preparing the specification.
Specify the conductor and cable form
Material requests include copper with a 99.995% purity reference, tinned copper or CCA. Choose stranded or solid construction and the required round, flat or rectangular form for the selected cable.
- PVC insulation and jacket are described.
- FEP or XLPE insulation can be requested separately.
- Jacket customization is also described.
- The stated voltage designation is 300/500 V.
- Flexible and high-temperature-resistant features are described.
Select the full family and construction code
Options include RVV, RV, RVVP, RVVSP, shielded or unshielded 2464, 1015/1007, silicone wire and TRVV. Match the complete code to the actual core, screening, material and voltage requirements. Keep H05V-K/H07V-K references with the applicable selected specification.
Confirm insulation and thermal requirements
Define the temperature units and duty for any 70° or 90° request. For a low-smoke zero-halogen requirement, confirm the exact insulation formulation and applicable documents for that construction.
Agree on evidence and supply format
Match any required CCC, CE, RoHS, ISO or SAA documents to the chosen product. Free samples and a 100 m MOQ reference are described. A 1 m option is available; settle any roll-based supply request separately with the full cable code and quantity.
