Flame-resistant copper PVC-insulated wire is presented for domestic lighting and building connections. Size enquiries include 1mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 10mm and 16mm. The described copper version specifies 99.995% copper; tinned-copper and CCA alternatives require their own selected material construction.
Choose the BV/BVR conductor and insulation-layer schedule
Round solid or stranded and single- or multiple-core constructions are described. Give the conductor cross-section with explicit units, the required conductor arrangement and finished wire dimensions. PVC, FEP, XLPE and nylon insulation or jacket choices should remain with the exact layers requested for the chosen BV/BVR connection.
Which temperature and voltage version does the lighting circuit need?
Working-temperature choices are 70°C or 90°C. Select the complete working range for the proposed wire and match it to the 300/500V, 300/300V, 450/750V or custom voltage requirement. Provide actual lighting or equipment load, route, exposure and terminal dimensions with the conductor and insulation drawing.
Keep the ordinary flame-resistant requirement with that selected construction. Request the applicable CE, RoHS, ISO9001, CCC or SAA scope needed by the project, using the same material and electrical brief under review.
Set the sample and length request for the defined wire
Ask for a free sample matched to the selected BV/BVR material and voltage version. A 1m offering and a 100-metre minimum order are provided. Include the chosen core arrangement, size basis, finished lengths, total quantity and 70°C or 90°C working-range requirement with the actual lighting-connection drawing.
Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
