Flat twin-and-earth PVC copper cable is presented for 2.5mm and 4mm house-wire size enquiries. Conductor material is specified as 99.99% copper, with solid or stranded and 2- or 3-core choices. Flame resistance, flexibility and low resistance are described for the cable enquiry.
Which family and earth schedule should the quotation follow?
BVVB is described at 300/500V, while TPS is separately described at 450/750V. Choose the exact family and electrical version needed by the building circuit. Give dimensioned conductor cross-sections with units, the insulated-conductor and earth arrangement, and the finished flat-cable dimensions for the requested size.
Define the outer colour and actual circuit conditions
Blue, black, white, red and purple outer-colour choices are offered in solid or stranded constructions. Keep the selected colour with its conductor arrangement and earth schedule in the cable drawing. Include the terminal fit and finished connection lengths required by the house, lighting or power circuit.
Specify the complete working-temperature range, actual load, route and installation exposure. Identify the RoHS, CCC, CE, ISO9001 or SAA scope needed for the chosen construction, so the evidence request concerns the same cable as the dimensional and operating brief.
Turn the selected construction into a length and quantity request
OEM/ODM enquiries and a 1m offering are available, with a 100-metre minimum order. State the selected BVVB or TPS version, conductor/earth dimensions, colour and required supply lengths together. Separate each finished circuit length from the total quantity. Request the quotation against that defined flat-cable drawing, retaining the actual circuit conditions and the full quantity schedule throughout the enquiry.
