Flexible AWM3135 silicone power wire is presented for 1/0, 2/0, 3/0 or 4/0 AWG construction enquiries. The described wire is round, stranded and single-core at 600V. Tinned copper, pure copper or requested materials are named; specify the individual conductor needed by the equipment or power connection.
Define the requested aught-gauge conductor in the drawing
Give the required 1/0, 2/0, 3/0 or 4/0 AWG size with copper material, strand count and conductor dimensions. Individual wire-size choices span 0.1–3.0mm or custom. Add the finished silicone diameter and connector-fit requirements so the proposed component is dimensioned for quotation.
What construction should meet the 200°C duty request?
Specify the actual working-temperature range, continuous duty, circuit load and surroundings. Temperature, oil and flame resistance are described. Include the wire route and connection space with the selected gauge when the conductor and insulation are assessed for the intended operating environment.

Identify the required aught gauge and finished AWM3135 construction in the free-sample request. Give the project's evidence requirements with the selected conductor and insulation; datasheets, test reports and quality-system audit reports are offered for review. Request applicable VW-1 or FT-1 documents if needed for the proposed power-wire component.

A 1m option and smaller silicone choices at 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG are provided. Obtain matched supply details for the required aught gauge. Custom insulation, conductors, connectors and drum, box or other packing can be requested with finished lengths, total quantity and the sample specification.
