This fused O-ring-terminal-to-SAE battery-cable family uses copper conductors with rubber insulation and a PVC jacket for named car/motorcycle and industrial battery connections. Confirm the chosen wire construction using the 18AWG and SPT-2 16AWG/two-core references. Match the complete fuse, electrical and physical arrangement to the selected equipment before the exact lead is finalized.
Agree the conductor gauge on the selected drawing
Define the required gauge and complete conductor arrangement explicitly, reviewing both the 18AWG and 16AWG references. Keep copper conductor material, rubber insulation and the PVC jacket on that construction drawing. Obtain information for the chosen wire and intended installation before compatible ends and preparation requirements are agreed.
Choose the fuse and electrical requirements together
The fuse references include 5A, 7.5A, 10A and 15A. Select the exact fuse configuration with the required lead current and equipment voltage. Review the complete wire/current/fuse combination for the chosen battery connection. Retain those electrical requirements with the approved full material and conductor drawing.
Match the ring and SAE connection
Show the required ring-terminal and SAE mating arrangements on the end drawing. Agree the ring dimensions and match polarity to the actual source and equipment connections. Keep the selected fuse and wire construction beside that end arrangement throughout the assembly review.
Complete the physical battery lead
Agree the required length using the 2ft or custom reference, with the selected black/red arrangement and quantity. Retain the approved gauge, material layers, voltage/current and fuse choice with the physical schedule. Complete the request using the same exact ring/SAE and equipment connection details throughout.
