Highly flexible soft silicone wire is described for lithium-battery, inverter, aviation-model and robot-arm enquiries. The round, stranded tinned-copper single core has a stated 600V rating and -60°C to 200°C working range. Its selected construction should identify the actual conductor needed by the assembly.
Start with the battery, model or robot connection
Give the circuit load, connection points and route available for the soft wire. Include the operating environment and required finished insulation dimensions with the selected AWG. These details allow the conductor to be considered for the particular equipment connection and its intended duty.
Match the requested gauge to the sample construction
For 6, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 or 26 AWG requests, obtain a matched conductor and insulation specification. Free samples are offered for evaluation. State the strand construction and finished dimensions required so the sample and proposed supply wire refer to the same component.
Arrange the applicable documents and packing
Datasheets, test reports and quality-system audit reports are offered. Where VW-1 or FT-1 evidence is needed, request documentation applicable to the chosen construction. OEM or ODM enquiries can include insulation, conductor construction, connectors and packing; drum, box or custom packing choices are named.
Specify finished lengths and total quantity alongside the sample and documentation requirements. Any connector or packing request should remain tied to the selected AWG and silicone construction. This gives the equipment team one defined wire to evaluate for the battery, inverter, model or robot assembly and a supply format suited to its stated needs.
