TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
This BBTRZ cable is intended for emergency power supply, using copper conductors and mineral insulation in a flexible, fire-resistant construction. The rated voltage is 0.6/1kV. Complete the core arrangement and sheath specification with the project drawing when selecting the required cable build.
Start with the emergency circuit duty
Identify the circuit requirements and any exact fire-performance criterion in the project specification. A numbered test method or survival duration should be checked for the selected construction. Keep the installation conditions with that review so the emergency duty is assessed against the final cable and circuit configuration.
Agree the complete conductor arrangement
Confirm the required number of cores and the duty and section of each conductor. Put the allocation and equipment connections on the approved circuit drawing. This gives the cable schedule a definite arrangement and lets the termination design be coordinated with the actual conductor requirements.
Complete the sheath and route details
Specify the final sheath construction and compatible cable-end preparation. Confirm the approved bending and handling details for the selected flexible cable, then review the proposed route and connection space together. No particular sheath material needs to be assumed from the BBTRZ family name to complete this selection process.
State the order quantities clearly
The current technical option reads 50mm2. Confirm the required conductor sections and physical cable length separately, then include the agreed arrangement, sheath and termination details in the order description. Add any numbered IEC or fire-test requirement to the emergency schedule so the final configuration can be reviewed against the project specification.
