UsageElectrical appliance tools
JHS flexible cable uses stranded Class 5 copper conductors with a 99.995% copper specification and rubber insulation at the 300/500V designation. Actual two- and three-core combinations provide five conductor-section choices. Review the selected cable's full outer construction and working requirements with the intended building, marine-fishery, agricultural-equipment or electrical-appliance-tool installation.
Choose the conductor combination for the equipment
Two-core and three-core arrangements each offer 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 and 4mm2. Select the required combination and define the individual conductor functions and equipment connections. Other arrangements in the two-to-eight-core family need confirmation. Keep the exact core/section choice with the circuit requirements throughout the material review.
Agree the full material and geometry drawing
Place the stranded Class 5 copper specification and rubber insulation on the selected construction drawing. Complete the outer layers, finished geometry and conductor details needed by the equipment. Specify the required working temperature and installation conditions, then obtain matching information for that build before end preparation and compatible connections are settled.
Identify the required documentary scope
Use EN 50525-2-21 and PNS 35-1:2004 as the technical references when defining the exact acceptance request. Review documents applicable to the chosen cable and intended use. Where CE, RoHS, ISO or CCC evidence is needed, confirm the relevant scope for the selected construction.
Finish physical lengths and total cable
Distinguish the 1m (3.28ft) selection from the 100m minimum-order reference when agreeing the required cuts and total quantity. Include connection allowances and the approved conductor combination. Retain the complete outer-build drawing, operating requirements and equipment-end arrangement with the physical request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
