UsageElectrical appliance tools
JHS is a waterproof shielded rubber-insulated cable for submersible water pumps, with stranded Class 5 copper conductors, a 99.995% copper specification and a 300/500V designation. Select the required core/section combination and define the complete screen and outer construction on the chosen drawing. Review the cable with the pump circuit, equipment connections and required installation conditions.
Define the screen and complete outer build
Shielding is part of this cable's stated identity. Agree the exact screen construction and full outer layer description for the selected version. Keep those details beside the conductor arrangement when choosing compatible ends and discussing equipment connections, so that the finished construction and its preparation requirements are clear.
Choose the core combination and protective arrangement
Actual two- and three-core selections each offer 0.75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.5 and 4mm2. Confirm other core arrangements in the wider two-to-eight-core family. For a 3G0.75 request, confirm the protective-conductor identification and connection arrangement on the selected drawing before completing the cable-end specification.
Match use and operating conditions
Review the required immersion conditions, current and working temperature with the selected pump installation. Building, marine-fishery and agricultural-equipment applications should likewise be matched to their specific equipment requirements. Obtain applicable construction and installation information, keeping compatible ends and preparation details with the chosen circuit.
Finish documents and physical quantities
Review the exact scope of VDE and EN 50525-2-21/PNS 35-1:2004 references and any required CE, RoHS, ISO or CCC documents for the selected cable. Agree the physical cuts and total quantity separately from the 1m length selection and 100m minimum-order reference. Retain the approved screen, outer build and conductor allocation with the final request.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
