This 3+1-core NG-A cable is specified for industrial-project emergency power. Copper conductors and mineral insulation are combined in a flexible, fireproof construction rated 0.6/1kV. Complete the industrial emergency configuration through its individual conductor allocation, final sheath and the required connections at the equipment.

Specify the emergency acceptance requirement

Identify any fire-test method, required survival period or classified criterion stated by the industrial specification. Review evidence for the selected construction and relevant installation scope. Retain the ordinary fireproof construction description while recording any separately defined measured requirement for the emergency circuit.

What completes the 3+1 allocation?

Give every conductor an electrical duty, required section and equipment connection using the project design. Establish any neutral or protective function and any section relationship explicitly within that allocation. Keep the individual details beside the 3+1 arrangement when reviewing cable ends, so the termination requirements follow a definite circuit configuration.

Agree the final flexible layer build

Specify the sheath alongside conductor copper and mineral insulation in the full material drawing. Compare alternatives using that complete construction reference. Obtain handling and bending information for the selected flexible build, considering the route, access and available space for preparing and connecting both ends.

Keep length independent of section

Confirm individual conductor sections for the 3+1 selection and give physical cable cut length separately. Include the final sheath, approved allocation and agreed termination preparation with the purchase quantities. Retain the emergency-circuit drawing and precise project criterion beside the material reference so the order describes the electrical configuration, selected layers, connections and installation conditions together.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
