This NG-A mineral-insulated cable is a flexible copper construction for industrial emergency power, rated 0.6/1kV and described as fire resistant. Agree the complete conductor arrangement with the industrial electrical drawing. The final build also needs a selected sheath and cable-end details appropriate to the equipment connections.

Choose a definite conductor layout before completing the connections

Identify the required arrangement and the section and function of every conductor. Show the equipment connection points with that allocation so the termination review has a clear electrical reference. The approved drawing should describe the actual configuration to be ordered, rather than leaving individual duties or final core layout to a family designation.

Complete the copper and mineral construction with an agreed sheath

Retain the conductor and insulation requirements in the material description. Add the final sheath and use the resulting build to review cable-end preparation and compatible terminations. This makes comparisons with alternative emergency power cables specific to the construction being considered.

Review flexibility through the industrial installation requirements

Use bending and handling instructions applicable to the chosen cable build. Consider the route, access to the equipment and connection space together. Keep the approved cable drawing in that review so the selected materials and connection requirements remain tied to the actual industrial installation.

State the emergency criterion and physical quantities independently

Where a particular fire-test method or acceptance condition is required, identify it fully and review the selected construction evidence for the intended duty. Confirm each required conductor section for the 50mm2 selection after the final arrangement is agreed. Give physical cut length separately, retaining the chosen sheath, approved allocation and end requirements with the final emergency schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
