Red and black flexible single-core silicone wire is described with a round, stranded tinned-copper conductor for equipment, internal wiring and electronic appliances. Its stated 600V rating gives the enquiry an electrical starting point, while the selected AWG and finished dimensions define the actual component.
Specify the conductor and insulation dimensions together
Gauge choices include 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. For 6AWG or another requested size, ask for the matched conductor and finished silicone-wire construction. Identify conductor cross-section and finished insulation dimensions separately so the quotation describes the wire needed by the assembly.
Give the selected wire an explicit thermal duty
Temperature and oil resistance are stated functions. Specify the working-temperature range required by the equipment, together with the circuit load and operating environment. The proposed wire should be evaluated against those defined conditions and the physical route through the assembly.
Include required VW-1 documents in the construction enquiry
If a VW-1 designation is required, request documentation applicable to the exact proposed wire. Keep the required test scope with the conductor, insulation and operating specification so the material review considers the component that will be quoted. Include any other project-specific qualification requirement with that same enquiry.
Set the finished supply length and quantity
OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted, and the stated minimum order is 100 metres. Give finished length and total quantity with the selected colour and AWG. A defined construction and supply request provides a concrete silicone wire for evaluation before the order is agreed.
