Define the required silicone conductor size
For 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 or 26 AWG requests, identify the exact conductor and finished insulation dimensions. A 17AWG choice and a 30AWG choice are also provided. The required colour, gauge and strand construction should refer to the same finished wire in the quotation.
State operating temperature with the circuit conditions
Temperature and oil resistance are described for the silicone wire. Specify the working-temperature range required by the equipment, together with circuit load and the physical routing conditions. These inputs let the selected conductor and insulation be considered against a defined application duty.
Request VW-1 evidence for the selected construction
If the project requires a VW-1 designation, ask for documentation applicable to the exact proposed wire. Keep that requirement with the conductor, insulation and thermal specification so the material review considers the component being quoted. The required test scope should correspond to the actual equipment requirement.
Give the custom order a finished length
A 1m length option, OEM and ODM enquiry service and a stated minimum order of 100 metres are provided. Include finished length and total quantity with the selected colour and AWG. A complete request gives the quotation a defined silicone-wire construction and supply configuration for review.
