RS485/RVVSP flexible braided, twisted-pair shielded cable enquiries include two-, three-, four-, five- or six-core requirements. Size requests include 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.75mm, 1mm and 1.5mm, alongside a two-core 0.5mm² specification request. The described round or custom stranded copper PVC-insulated construction is rated 300/300V and −20 to 80°C.

Draw the pairs and conductors for the requested connection

State exact size units or conductor area with the required pair and conductor counts. Give strand dimensions, braid construction and terminal geometry for the chosen RVVSP. Set out the aluminium-foil and tinned-copper layer roles with the finished sheath and shield termination in that drawing.

Which RS485 equipment requirements must the pair cable meet?

Identify the actual instrument, electronic or automation equipment interface and its circuit load. Include the complete required thermal range, routing, exposure and finished connection lengths. Keep those conditions with the selected pair, conductor and layer arrangement when reviewing the proposed cable.

Request the applicable RoHS, CCC, CE or ISO9001 scope for the exact construction under consideration. Include required terminal fit and finished dimensions with the evidence enquiry. Use the same equipment-interface brief when assessing the chosen shield and pair layout for the connection.

Quote the paired connection and braid construction together

For OEM/ODM supply, send the reviewed pair/conductor drawing with the required finished lengths. Detail total metre quantity for the 100-metre minimum and identify any 1m offering required. Retain the braid geometry, layer roles and actual equipment conditions with the quotation for the selected RVVSP.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
