TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
The five-core RTTVZ cable is intended for fire-protection systems and has a 0.6/1kV rating. Copper conductors, mineral insulation, a copper sheath and a PVC outer sheath are specified. Complete the selection through the individual conductor requirements and the cable-end construction needed for the project installation.
Define five fire-protection duties
Allocate a required section, electrical function and equipment connection to each conductor using the circuit design. Retain those individual requirements with the five-core arrangement in the cable schedule. The approved drawing should let the connection reviewer identify the actual circuit configuration and proposed terminations rather than leaving duties to be assumed from core count.
Review the dual-sheath build
Keep copper sheath and PVC outer sheath separately visible beside conductor copper and mineral insulation. Assess alternative cables against that complete layer description. Use the selected construction drawing to review preparation and compatible cable ends. Obtain applicable installation information and consider the route, equipment access and space needed at both connections.
State the qualification scope
If the project calls for a particular fire-test method, survival criterion or other qualification, identify its exact acceptance conditions. Review evidence for the chosen cable configuration and intended installation against that requirement. The fire-protection application gives the cable its stated purpose while an exact measured result needs its own identified method and scope.
Complete length and cable ends
Confirm individual conductor sections for the five-core 50mm2 selection and give physical cable cut length independently. Include the full layer construction, approved allocation and agreed end requirements in the order description. Keep the circuit and material drawings with any exact project criterion in the final schedule used to identify the cable configuration and physical quantities.
