RVVP flexible shielded signal-control cable enquiries include 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.25mm and 0.3mm size requests with two-, three- or four-core requirements. The round stranded copper PVC construction is described at 300/300V and −20 to 80°C. Aluminium foil and tinned copper form the specified shielding arrangement.
Define the small conductor sizes at the equipment terminals
Give the exact size units and selected core/strand layout for the required connection. Specify finished PVC dimensions, shield termination and terminal geometry together. Include actual audio, broadcast-sound, computer, instrument, automation or electronic interface requirements with the conductor drawing.
Which construction details and supporting records are needed?
OEM/ODM enquiries can cover insulation material, conductor type and construction, connectors and packing. Identify the requested changes against the selected core and shield arrangement. State the full working-temperature requirement, circuit load, route and exposure so the proposed construction follows the actual equipment connection.
Datasheets, samples, testing reports and quality-system audit reports are offered for this enquiry. Specify which records are needed for the chosen conductor dimensions and connector arrangement. Keep the required test or documentation scope with the same construction brief used to review the finished cable.
Choose the packing around the required connection lengths
Packing choices include wooden, plastic or iron drums, wooden boxes and custom arrangements. Quote the finished connection lengths and total quantity with the 1m offering. Describe the selected small-size core map, connectors and packing together so the supply enquiry covers the cable and its required handling arrangement.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
