RVVP seven-core signal-control cable enquiries include 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm and 1.5mm size requests. Separate two-, three-, four-, five- or six-core requirements can be specified. The described flexible copper PVC construction is round or custom and stranded at 300/300V.
Choose the seven-core or alternate conductor schedule
Define the exact conductor count and role of each core in the intended connection. Give conductor-size units explicitly with strand dimensions and finished PVC geometry. Broader two- through eight-core choices should follow the selected construction and the actual equipment terminal arrangement.
Set out shielding and the complete connection duty
Aluminium-foil plus tinned-copper shielding is described for the cable. Include the required shield arrangement and termination with the conductor/core drawing. State the complete working-temperature requirements, actual interface/load, route and exposure for the audio, broadcast-sound or automotive/electronic connection.
Request the applicable CCC, CE, RoHS or ISO9001 scope for the chosen wire and project. Keep the exact size basis, selected core count and terminal geometry with that evidence requirement. Add finished connection lengths so the technical brief follows the actual signal circuit being considered.
Specify supply using the selected seven-core drawing
The 1m offering can be included in an OEM/ODM enquiry for the chosen conductor and shielding arrangement. The stated minimum order is 100 metres. Quote the required seven-core or alternate version, finished supply lengths and total quantity using the same unit-qualified core map and actual operating brief.
