RVVP flexible shielded signal-control wire enquiries include 0.2mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 4mm size requirements. Two-, three- or four-core connections can be defined. The described round stranded copper cable uses PVC insulation and jacket, with aluminium-foil plus tinned-copper shielding.
Select the three-core or alternate conductor construction
Give the exact conductor-size units and role of each core in the chosen connection. Three-core offerings and the requested alternate core layouts should each have a matched strand and finished-cable drawing. Include PVC dimensions, shield arrangement, terminal geometry and connection lengths for that version.
Set the working brief for the computer or instrument connection
The selected RVVP construction is described at 300/300V and −20 to 80°C. State the actual interface and circuit load for the computer, instrument, automation, audio, broadcast-sound or electronic-equipment connection. Include route, exposure and the complete required working-temperature range with that conductor/core and shielding drawing.
Specify shield termination and the finished terminal fit required by that equipment. Keep the conductor units, core roles and PVC layers with the same operating brief. Use those details together when reviewing the proposed RVVP construction for the actual connection.
Plan supply around the selected signal-wire drawing
A 1m offering is available for this enquiry and the minimum order is 100 metres. Identify the required three-core or alternate version, finished lengths and total quantity. Retain the unit-qualified conductor/core map and equipment terminal requirements with the quotation so the supply request follows the chosen signal-control cable.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
