RVVP shielded alarm/electrical-signal cable enquiries include two-, three-, four-, five-, six-, seven- or eight-core and tinned-copper requirements. The described RVVP/LiYCY/AWM2464 flexible round stranded copper PVC-insulated version uses aluminium foil with tinned-copper shielding at 300/300V. It gives a stated 80°C working temperature for the selected construction.
Which alarm-core roles and conductor finish are required?
Give the exact designation, unit-qualified conductor size and selected core count. Define strand dimensions and conductor finish with the finished insulation/sheath layers. Include the shield connection and equipment terminals in that alarm-cable drawing.
Define the full working limits for the actual alarm connection
Describe the communication-audio, broadcast or automotive/electronic interface and its circuit load. Give minimum and maximum operating temperatures with the route and exposure. Review the selected core roles, conductor finish and shield termination against those actual equipment requirements.
Request applicable chosen-style, CCC, CE, RoHS, ISO9001 or SAA scope for the intended construction. Keep its conductor/strand and layer drawing with that evidence request. Include terminal fit and required connection lengths so the selected alarm link can be reviewed against the complete operating brief.
Identify the reviewed alarm-core finish in the OEM supply lengths
For OEM/ODM supply, send the selected core/finish schedule and finished cable lengths. Give total metres against the 100-metre minimum order with any 1m offering needed. Retain the actual alarm interface, full thermal requirement and shielding connection with those quantities to identify the intended version.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
