A 1m two-core SAE two-pin quick-release to O-ring-terminal harness is offered for solar, RV and marine connection enquiries. Featured requests include 12/24V systems, 12/16AWG cable and 30/40A blade fuses. Select the complete harness, fuse and receiving-terminal arrangement for the intended circuit.

Map the SAE and ring terminals to the receiving system

Identify the actual system voltage/load, polarity and function of both conductors. Specify SAE mating, ring dimensions, contact fit and finished routing. Keep the selected wire gauge and blade-fuse configuration with that complete drawing. Record the required connection reach and terminal positions against the actual 1m two-core offering.

Confirm the selected cable, current and thermal mapping

Described cable specifications include copper, rubber insulation and a PVC jacket, with a 0.6kV reference. Current information includes 16A or 30A, with 70°C or 90°C thermal references. Agree which construction and limits apply to the chosen harness and how they relate to the requested 12/24V system and 30/40A fuse. Retain circuit load and full working-temperature requirements with that selection.

Define mating protection and the finished supply brief

Waterproof connection enquiries should identify the exact protected terminal arrangement and selected ingress conditions. Request applicable IP44/ingress and electrical/interface information for the complete assembly, including actual movement and exposure requirements. Provide quantity with the reviewed SAE/ring, conductor and fuse drawing. Keep the selected protection scope, operating limits and finished terminal geometry together for assessment against the real solar, RV or marine connection.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
