Soft black and red silicone wire is described with a round, stranded single-core construction and tinned-copper or bare-copper choices. A tinned-copper core is also specified. The selected finish, colour and conductor gauge should define the same proposed component for the equipment connection.
Choose the copper finish and colour with the AWG
For 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 or 26 AWG enquiries, identify the conductor and finished insulation dimensions together. Gauge choices also include 17 and 30 AWG, with 28AWG named for enquiry and a 1m length option. Give the required strand construction and colour with the finish so the quotation describes the actual wire being evaluated.
Use the stated silicone envelope for the circuit duty
The wire is described at 600V with a -60°C to 200°C working range and temperature, oil and flame resistance. Other thermal requirements can be included in the enquiry for the selected construction. Give circuit load, operating environment and routing conditions so the proposed conductor can be compared with the intended equipment duty.
Define the custom supply specification
OEM and ODM enquiries are accepted, with a stated minimum order of 100 metres. Include finished length and total quantity with the selected finish, colour, AWG and insulation dimensions. The supply request should identify the same material construction used for the assembly review.
Equipment, internal wiring and electronic appliances are stated uses. Include connection points and any required project-specific qualification documents with the operating and order requirements so the equipment team can evaluate a defined soft silicone conductor and supply arrangement before confirmation.
