Soft flame-resistant silicone-rubber wire is described with a stranded tinned-copper single core for equipment, internal wiring and electronic appliances. Specify the temperature duty and flame requirement
Temperature and oil resistance are also described for the wire. Give the working-temperature range, continuous duty, circuit load and surrounding conditions required by the assembly. Identify any project-specific test or qualification scope needed for the proposed conductor and silicone insulation.
Match the requested 8–28 AWG to a finished profile
For 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 22, 24, 26 or 28 AWG enquiries, define conductor and insulation dimensions together. Include strand construction and the required round or custom shape. The drawing and quotation should identify the same wire needed by the equipment connection.
What lengths should the custom-duty order include?
Provided silicone choices include 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. OEM and ODM requests are accepted, with a minimum order of 100 metres. Give finished lengths and total quantity alongside the selected gauge, profile and working duty.
If a sample is required, specify the same conductor construction and finished silicone dimensions as the proposed supply. Include connection points and the installation space available within the equipment. These details let the material review assess one soft flame-resistant wire against the actual circuit, route and operating environment required by the assembly.
