Assign colours through the equipment drawing
Identify the terminal destination and final length of every coloured lead. Set the actual conductor dimensions, strand count, silicone envelope and terminal fit for the selected inverter or battery connection so each proposed component has a defined physical arrangement.
State the circuit and supply requirements
Give operating load, continuous duty and the route alongside the stated electrical and working-temperature parameters. Temperature, oil and flame resistance are described; include the applicable VW-1/FT-1 evidence requirement for the chosen wire.
