TRVVP highly flexible machine-cable enquiries include five-, six-, eight- or ten-core requirements with tinned-copper shielding. The described stranded oxygen-free-copper construction uses PVC insulation and jacket at 300/500V. Oil-resistant and super-soft features are stated for robot arms, drag chains and automatic machinery.
Dimension the custom machine cable and its tinned shield
Specify exact conductor-size units, core roles and strand dimensions for the required machine connection. Give the finished shape, PVC layers and tinned-copper shielding geometry in one drawing. Include terminal fit and finished connection lengths with that selected conductor and shielding schedule.
Which movement and oil conditions define the robot duty?
State actual machine movement, circuit load, routing and oil exposure for the intended connection. Provide the complete required working-temperature range for the same construction. Keep these conditions with the chosen shape, core map and terminal arrangement when reviewing the cable for the machine.
An eight-million-bend requirement needs applicable evidence and test conditions for the selected cable and movement. Identify the exact conductor/core and shield drawing with the motion brief. Retain the agreed construction and operating conditions together so the bending enquiry addresses the actual robot or drag-chain connection.
Request the required machine lengths against the reviewed construction
OEM/ODM enquiries can combine the selected core map, finished shape and tinned-shield geometry. Give required connection lengths and total metre quantity for the 100-metre minimum order. Include any 1m offering needed with the actual motion, oil and thermal requirements in the quotation brief.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
