TRVVP highly flexible shielded cable is described for robot arms, mechanical arms, cable chains and automatic equipment. The stranded oxygen-free-copper construction uses PVC insulation/jacket at 300/300 V, with oil resistance and a super-soft build as stated features.
Choose the core arrangement and copper finish for the machine
Tinned-copper version enquiries include 12, 16, 20 or 30 cores; a broader 24-core requirement is also described. Actual TRVVP construction codes have different core-count choices across 0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0 size labels. Specify conductor area with explicit units, the required finish and strand dimensions for the selected code.
- High flexibility is described for TRVVP.
- The stated conductor material is oxygen-free copper.
- PVC is specified for insulation and jacket.
- Oil resistance is a stated feature.
- Round or custom cable forms are offered.
Define the motion duty and bending-test conditions
Give travel, movement pattern, bend radius, speed and the full working-temperature requirements for the intended machine connection. For an 8-million-bend requirement, agree the test method, conditions and supporting evidence for the exact cable and motion duty. Keep the required shield geometry, termination arrangement and finished cable dimensions with that same drawing.
Connect the equipment brief to the quotation
State actual circuit load, route, exposure and terminal fit with the chosen conductor/core layout. OEM/ODM enquiries and a 1 m offering are available, with a 100-metre minimum order. Include completed connection lengths and total quantity so the supply request refers to the agreed robot-cable construction and operating conditions.
